SHARE ACCOMODATION - 4BR, 4BA, triple lockup garage house on main river, fully furnished.

We are looking for an easy going single male or single female to join us in our fantastic residence.

Includes free wifi and includes pool and garden maintenance.

Currently we have a couple in the main bedroom, a single male in early 20's in bed 2, and a single male around 30yo in bed 3.

Bed 4 is available now. The room is very large and the largest in the house. With your OWN private ensuite with exclusive use and also own seperate entrance. .

Everyone is professional and works Mon to Fri 9 to 5pm.

We are looking for ONE male or female who is a professional and works similar hours to join our house hold.

Most people are not home most of the time, so you have a HUGE house to your self most of the time.

Price is $220 per week for the room.

House is fully furnished. All you need is your own bed and clothes.

Electricity is extra but the bill is split evenly. Most recent bill was approx $125 each for 3 months.

Its a great relaxing place to live in a great location in the Royal Pines Riverside estate.
