- To establish the fair rental value of your property comparing with similar properties currently let
- To have all prospective tenants complete a comprehensive application form and checkable references
- To thoroughly check the reference of all prospective tenants
- To ensure that the tenancy agreement is completed in detail and signed, for the protection of all parties
- To prepare a written inspection record of your property at the commencement and completion of the tenancy
- To ensure the correct rental bond is lodged with the RTA
- To endeavour to ensure that rents are paid promptly in accordance with the tenancy agreement
- To carry out regular inspections of your property and provide you with correspondence from those inspections
- To account to you monthly for rent monies collected and disbursed
- To arrange repairs and maintenance according to your instructions
- To ensure that repairs and maintenance are carried out in a professional manner
- To pay accounts on your behalf as instructed
- To inspect the property at the completion of the tenancy and refund the bond when applicable.
Should we fail to perform in any of the above areas we invite you to register your complaint in writing. If the complaint is not acted upon and rectified within 48 hours after receipt of your letter you have the option of providing the appropriate notice under the terms of your agreement.
